JACIE Accreditation Fees

Fees for the JACIE Accreditation are calculated based on the application form completed by the Centre. As part of the application, the Centre is required to confirm the number of facilities the accreditation is sought for. A full scope application would include a Clinical, Collection and Processing Facility. However, the scope can be extended to include Immuno Effector Cells (IEC), and additional clinical, collection and processing facilities. Any additions to the ‘full scope’ will incur an additional fixed fee.

If a Programme includes both Clinical and a bone marrow collection facility, no additional charge is applied when they are part of a joint application. If an accreditation is requested as part of the application with an apheresis and/or processing facility, a fee will be charged as a separate Collection Facility.

All applicant Centres receive a quote prepared by the JACIE office once their application has been reviewed and approved. However, the invoice is sent at the time of the inspection.

Applications from Centres with an active JACIE inspector

JACIE offers additional discounts on the accreditation fee for Centres supporting the accreditation programme by releasing staff members to participate in inspections. This willingness to share the effort has been and remains one of the fundamental factors for sustaining the success of the JACIE programme.

Applications from centres that have an active inspector (i.e. an inspector that has inspected within the previous 12 months or is at the time of the application scheduled for one) will receive an additional 15% discount on the accreditation fee. For centres with two (2) or more active inspectors, Centre will receive 25% discount.
