On behalf of the European Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT), we would like to welcome each of you to the 17th Educational Meeting of the EBMT Nurses Group in collaboration with the French Nurses Group (GFIC-GM/ SFGM-TC).
We have developed a programme that showcases current topics at the forefront of Transplant and Cell Therapy practice and has embedded scientific, educational and research agendas. Our faculty of national and international experts will share the latest evidence and innovations in treatment and care. We are confident that this meeting offers a valuable opportunity for delegates to learn and share practice with colleagues from across Europe and beyond, to raise the profile of patient care and experience in a truly collaborative way, challenging barriers and strengthening networks. Furthermore, to ensure equitable access to education for all nurses, the meeting will provide dual translation (English-French-English).

The registration will close on 28 September 2025, or when the registration is sold out.
EBMT members can use their CIC code to enjoy the early bird fee until the registration closes. If you are not part of EBMT yet, please consider becoming a member. For more information, visit this page.
The fee includes access to all scientific sessions and catering and networking dinner according to the programme.
To register, please click on the “Register” button above. You can pay by credit card or wire transfer. Should you need a visa letter, you will be able to download it after the registration process.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be electronically mailed or postmarked by using the option “Modify registration”.
Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- In case of cancellation, up to one month prior to the beginning of the meeting, your registration fee will be reimbursed in full (less bank charges).
- If the cancellation is notified between 15 and 30 days prior to the beginning of the meeting, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed (less bank charges).
- Cancellations notified between 1 and 15 day registration fee will not be refunded.
Certificate of Attendance
After the event, you will receive an email with a short survey to evaluate the meeting. After the survey is completed, you will be able to download the certificate of attendance.

EBAH-CME Accreditation
We are pleased to announce that this educational course will be accredited by the EBAH-CME credits system.
In order to collect your EBAH-CME credits, we recommend that you create an EBAH-CME account by clicking here. By registering on the EBAH-CME website, you will have access to the record of all other events you have already been accredited for. After the meeting, an updated attendance list will be uploaded to the EBAH-CME website.
If you already have an account, you will receive an email to evaluate the course and claim your points. If after 15 days you have not received an email regarding your credits, please contact the EBMT Educational Events Unit at education.events@ebmt.org.
