Important change to MED-A forms for Cellular Therapy

by
Registry/Data Management

We would like to notify you of an important change to the current MED-A forms for Cellular Therapy. In particular this applies to CAR-T cells and other manipulated cell therapies.

Data should now be submitted at the following 4 time points:

  1. First report - Day 0: Use Day 0 Registration for Cellular Therapy
  2. Second report - Day 100: Use Day 100 form for CellularTherapy
  3. Third report - 6 Month Follow Up: Use the Follow Up form for Cellular Therapy
  4. Fourth report - Annual Follow Up: Use the same Follow up form above.

Please note that this change applies to retrospective cellular therapy registrations as well as prospective cases. The EBMT is especially interested in capturing data at these 4 time points for CAR-T (and other manipulated) cellular therapies that they may have done in the past, as well as current/future cases.

The revised Cellular therapy forms, adjusted to the new timing, and their implementation in ProMISe will be available from Monday 11th March.

(Note that "classic" Donor Lymphocyte Infusions (DLI) can still be registered as before using the MED-A Follow Up form for HSCT).

Thank you for your help and support with the revised timing in the current forms.
