The EBMT started to capture CAR-T cell activity across Europe and beyond beginning in March 2019 and over one year later, in October 2020, we have reached the milestone of 1,000 patients treated with CAR-T cells and registered in the EBMT patient registry.
But we cannot stop here. We would like to keep this momentum and encourage centres to continue reporting all CAR-T patients into ProMISe. This data will help to better understand the European landscape in this emerging therapeutic area and contribute to the thorough evaluation of the medical value of these breakthrough therapies; including long-term follow-up as mandated by health authorities.
