Fraudulent websites and booking agencies

There is an increasing number of fraudulent websites that impersonate the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT. We would like to alert all our members, congress faculty, delegates and partners to be aware of possible scams and to strongly advise you to only use the official online congress registration and accommodation services for your bookings:

Official Registration

Hotel & Travel Information

  • Hotel booking information is only shared in the registration confirmation.
  • To book a room, attendees can use the booking link provided. This is not a form (i.e., a Word file) you must send.

CME-Congresses is the official Organiser (PCO) in terms of registration and accommodation for the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT and will offer specially reduced rates for the Meeting participants.

If you are contacted by any other company or agency offering housing and registration for the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT in Florence and/or virtually, please note that these companies are not authorised to represent the EBMT in any way.

If any such agency contacts you or you have any questions regarding their legitimacy, please do not hesitate to contact us at registration@ebmt.org and/or accommodation@ebmt.org.

Scam Notice

We would like to warn you of a recent email scam in which fraudsters have impersonated the name and email address of the EBMT President. This is a spam. Do not reply to this.

Please report any suspicious emails as phishing emails in your inbox to safeguard yourself from future phishing emails.

Thank you for your help in mitigating such risks and for making our community safer for everyone.
