The Annual Meeting of the EBMT is a congress for all those involved in the care of transplant and cellular therapy patients. 📄 Certificate of Attendance and CME Points
Certificate of Attendance
The Certificate of Attendance will be available within the Virtual Meeting Platform after the Closing Session and sent via email to all all participants who attended the congress on the final day of the 51st Annual Meeting (Wednesday, 2 April 2025). In order to download your Certificate of Attendance, we kindly ask you to complete our short satisfaction survey.
We recommend that you complete the survey using a computer in order to download the Certificate of Attendance successfully. EBMT can only issue certificates for the last five editions. For more information, contact secretariat@ebmt.org
CME Accrediation
The programme of the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT, to be held in Florence, Italy, from 30 March - 2 April, 2025, has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) CME Unit. The EBAH-CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of 26.5 EBAH-CME credit points and the time spent by the participants in the educational activities will be tracked for this purpose. Learn more here.
All participants may print an EBAH-CME certificate, indicating the number of EBAH-CME credit points awarded, directly from the CME section of the EBAH website at www.ebah.org. EBMT certifies that the contents of this CME event are without advertisements and that the contents are presented scientifically and neutral. We certify that speakers and authors disclose potential conflicts of interest appropriately.

📇 Congress Badge Printing and Pick-up
Attendees: a confirmation email titled "EBMT 2025 – Badge Pickup" with a barcode has been sent to from EBMT Registration. You will need this barcode in order to print your badge at the express badge printing stations. Hosts will be at the registration area to assist you. After printing your badge be sure to pick up a lanyard and a congress bag.
Special Note: Please wear your badge during all sessions and social events.
Special Note: By presenting your badge to an exhibitor for scanning, you give your consent to sharing your personal contact information with them.
Faculty: Your badge and registration material has been pre-printed. Please collect your registration material from the on-site Faculty Desk in the Registration Area of the venue when you arrive.

All registered participants with Full Registration or a Sunday Day Pass are invited to join the Annual Meeting Opening Ceremony on Sunday 30 March, at 18:15h CEST, in the Cavaniglia Room and virtually via the livestream. The Opening Ceremony will be followed by the Welcome Reception.

After the Opening Ceremony, a Welcome Reception and Civic Reception hosted by The Rt Hon The Lord Provost of Glasgow will take place on Sunday, 30 March starting at 19:50 CEST in the Building Basilica-Arsenale. The event is open to all registered participants with Full Registration or a Sunday Day Pass and will be a great opportunity to network with in-person attendees.

☔ Local Weather and Packing Tips
Florence has experienced some heavy rain recently, but conditions have now stabilised. We recommend bringing an umbrella just in case, since the lecture rooms will be split between several buildings. Additionally, don’t forget to pack a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated and support a more sustainable congress experience, water stations will be available in the venue.
