On-demand Access to EBMT 2025

The programme of the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT, to be held in Florence, Italy, from 30 March - 2 April, 2025, has been reviewed and approved for CME accreditation by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH) CME Unit.

The EBAH-CME Unit has approved this educational activity for a maximum number of 26.5 EBAH-CME credit points and the time spent by the participants in the educational activities will be tracked for this purpose.

All participants may print an EBAH-CME certificate, indicating the number of EBAH-CME credit points awarded, directly from the CME section of the EBAH website at www.ebah.org.

EBMT certifies that the contents of this CME event are without advertisements and that the contents are presented scientifically and neutral. We certify that speakers and authors disclose potential conflicts of interest appropriately.

How to collect your EBAH-CME credit points:

• Visit the following website: www.ebah.org
• Create a professional account (simple and free of cost) using the same email address with which you registered for the Annual Meeting
• The credit points will automatically be assigned to the account right after the conference, on 3 April, and after the virtual platform closes on 2 June 2025.
• If your credit points do not automatically appear in your account after 2 June, please, contact: secretariat@ebmt.org

Within the EBAH-CME system, you can:

• Review and manage your personal account
• Search for accredited events based on the European Hematology Curriculum

CME Conflict of Interest Disclosures

Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) Resident

Low-to-Middle Income Country (LMIC) residence status will be requested and is required during the registration process. Countries which are defined as low-income economies (US$1,045 or less GNI per capita) or as lower-middle-income economies (US$1,046 to US$4,095 GNI per capita), as defined by The World Bank Group, are eligible to apply for the LMIC discount. Check this webpage to see if your country is eligible for the LMIC Residents special registration fee. Countries listed under the headings “Low-Income Economies” and “Lower-Middle-Income Economies” will be considered for the LMIC discount.

Student

Proof of your status as a Postgraduate student or student status will be requested and is required during the registration process.

Quality Management Sessions

The Quality Management Day Pass provides access to all the Quality Management programme activities on Tuesday, 1 April 2025, as well as the virtual Quality Management content. Please note that the Quality Management Meet the Expert sessions are only available to those attending in-person.

We would like to alert all our members, congress faculty, delegates and partners to be aware of possible scams and to strongly advise you to only use the official online congress registration and accommodation services for your bookings. Payment of registration and accomodation can be made by credit card or by bank transfer at the time of completing the online registration form.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, proof of payment must be sent to the registration@ebmt.org. All transaction fees should be paid by the sender.

All registration fees will be invoiced in Euros and should be paid in Euros.

Registration

Please register with your own individual and personal email address.

In case of a group registration, you must specify an individual email address of each registrant.

Full registration for the in-person meeting in Florence includes access to all in-person meeting sessions, as well as all virtual and on-demand content.

Full registration for the virtual meeting online includes access to all live-streamed meeting sessions being broadcast live from Florence, as well all on-demand content.

Liability & Insurance

The Meeting Secretariat and Organisers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 51st Annual Meeting of the EBMT. Participants shall have no claim against the Organisers in respect of any loss or damage consequential upon the prevention or postponement of the Event, or of the virtual Event hall network becoming wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the Event by reason of happenings of any event beyond the Organisers’ control.
