A new version of the Med-AB Manual has been uploaded. New and edited entries are being reviewed by the Definitions Committee. Where this is still on-going, that section of the manual is labelled as "DRAFT".

An Appendix has been added to the MED-A and MED-B Auto/Allo forms. (Mandatory for CIBMTR Research centres and optional for other centres.)

MED-A:
MED-A FOR HSCT includes the First Report; Appendix; Disease Classification Sheets and Follow Up. (6 May 09)
 

MED-A FOR CELL THERAPY (non HSCT) (13 May 09)The new Cell Therapy Registry (CTR) aims to collect data on fetal or adult stem cells, or progenitor cells used for treatment other than hematopoietic stem cell transplantation or donor lymphocyte infusion, as well as data on the clinical characteristics and outcome of the patients.

 
MED-B:

MED-B forms, which include all MED-A items, are divided into subsets by disease and type of HSCT
